Battery & Charging Instructions

1. The new battery has only lower electrical energy reserves. Please charge the battery fully before first use.
   • After fully charged as shown in the picture.
2. How to check the battery level/turn off the battery?
   • Click the battery power button to open the battery power and view the battery level.
3. Under extremely cold weather (temperature <-20’C), if the battery leaves the pocket and is exposed outside, it may cause the battery to be dormant and not work properly.
   • Long press the battery power button to turn off the battery.
   • 30-second automatic shutdown mechanism: After turning on the battery power, If the battery is not connected to the device and works within 30 seconds, the battery will automatically shut down.

How to Use

1. Connect the power cable in the pocket to the battery.
   (The heating area of the detachable hood is controlled by a separate power cable. Connect the power cable of the hood when heating, and put the cable into the built-in pocket on the side of the hood when no need for use.)

2. Click to turn on the battery power button and put the battery into the battery pocket.
   Note: The battery has 30 30-second automatic shutdown mechanism. Within 30 seconds of turning on the battery power, please long press the “ON/OFF” to turn on the heating area.

3. Long press the “ON/OFF” button on the vest for 3 seconds to turn on the heating area.

4. 3-level temperature setting, short press the “ON/OFF” button on the jacket to switch different temperature settings.

5. No matter under which temperature setting, long press the “ON/OFF” button for 3 seconds can turn off the power.

3 Temperature Settings

Taking the 7.4V S000mAh lithium battery(l00% power) test as on example,the data tested at room temperature(25°C/77°F) is as follows:

Note:
The reduction of ambient temperature will reduce the working time and the heating temperature of the product.

Note:
Due to the different environmental temperatures of product applications and each person’s physical sensation being different, the temperature and heating time may deviate from the tested data.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Setting the temperature at the highest for a long time may cause skin discomfort and sweating. When your body feels overheated, please switch to law temperature gear. To save more battery life and keep safe, please use the time of the highest temperature gear reasonably.
2. When turning on the “ON/OFF” button, the temperature defaults to the highest gear.
   • It is recommended to use the highest temperature gear far less than l O mins each time.
   • Tips: You can set the jacket to high temperature for 5-10 mins first(select the corresponding heating zone according to your needs), then switch to medium/low-temperature gear.
3. The human body will generate some heat during activity. When exercising or physical activity, it is recommended to set the temperature in a lower gear.
4. Do not use it if the jacket or the power cable is wet to avoid accidents.
5. It is not recommended to turn on the heating function while sleeping. If you must use it, please adjust it to the lowest temperature gear.
6. Under extremely cold weather (temperature <-20°(), if the battery leaves the pocket and is exposed outside, it may cause the battery to be dormant and not work properly. After the battery temperature is recovered, it can work properly.

Warnings

• Please use this product according to the instruction manual. Ignoring the safety instructions may lead to fire or equipment damage. For this reason, pay attention to these safety notes and include these instructions when handing over the product to others.
• Do not turn on the power and use it when the jacket is folded or bunched up.
• The heated jacket must not be used by people who are not sensitive to heat or those who cannot turn off the products by themselves. Because they may not be able to switch off the product when feel overheated.
• Only for adults. This is NOT A TOY! Do not allow children to touch or play with this product without adult supervision.
• The battery and the heating elements are not allowed to be disassembled; The Heating elements cannot be directly in contact with the skin.
• Do not use it if the cables of the jacket are damaged.
• Do not use it if the jacket or the DC power cable is wet.
• The battery cannot be used in high-temperature environments above 60°C/140°F; It cannot be soaked in water or put into a fire.
• Do not pull hard or distort the heating element or heating wire.
• When the heated jacket is switched on:
  • Do not place any products on it (e.g. suitcase or washing basket)
  • Do not place on heating sources, such as hot water bottles, heating wraps, or similar.

Maintenance Instructions

• Before washing, please take out the battery and put it in a safe place, put the power cable of the jacket and detachable hood in the corresponding pocket, and close the zipper.
• Hand washing is recommended. Hand wash the jacket first then put it in the laundry bag to spin-dry.
• If machine wash, please wash with a gentle cycle and use a laundry bag, then spin-dry.
• Avoid pulling hard or twisting the jacket to reduce damage to the heating element.
• When not in use for a long time, please take out the battery and put the battery in a safe place. Ensure at least every 3 months fully charge and then discharge the battery once to avoid battery damage.
