Safety Tips to Remember

To have an enjoyable experience using your portable BT speaker, keep the following safety tips in mind.

  • Only use the product in environments where wireless transmission is permitted.

  • Do not use this product if it is damaged.

  • Protect the product from extreme temperatures, hot surfaces, open flames, direct sunlight, water, high humidity, moisture, strong jolts, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.

  • Disconnect the product from the power source when itis not in use.

  • Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.
    In case of malfunction, contact the retailer’s service centre.

  • Do not open the product housing. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the product.

Battery Warning

This product contains batteries that are non-replaceable.

  • Before disposal, the battery must be removed from the product.
  • Contact a qualified professional while doing so.
  • Do not leave the battery charging for a prolonged period of time when the product is not in use.
  • Do not charge the battery overnight.
  • If the product appears to be bulging or shows other undesirable phenomena (e.g. excess noise), stop using the product immedately.
  • Do not cover the product while charging the battery. Charge the product in a well-ventilated environment When in long term storage, charge the battery to its 70% capacity once every 3 months to avoid shortening its life.
  • Batteries produce heat when charging and discharging. If the product becomes too hot to touch, switch the product off and unplug immediately.
  • Charge the product only with a compatible power source from reputable manufacturer e.g. power adapter or power bank. The maximum rating should not exceed 0.5 A.
  • If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water, then consult a doctor.

How to use

  • Before using this product for the first time, fully charge it.
  • The product can be used while charging
  • When connecting or disconnecting external devices, an audio prompt is played.

6.1 Easy Charging

  1. Connect the micro-USB cable (L) to the micro-USB charging port (E) on the product.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a suitable USB power supply. The indicator (J) lights up and the product is charging.
  3. Once the product is fully charged, the indicator (J) switches off.
    After charging, disconnect the micro-USB cable from the micro-USB charging port (E).

Switching On/Off

  • Set the ON/OFF button (H) to ON to switch the product on. The indicator (J) flashes and an audio prompt is played.
  • Set the ON/OFF button (H) to OFF to switch the product OFF. The indicator (J) switches off.

6.4 Activating a Bluetooth Connection

ATTENTION

  • If no Bluetooth device has been paired with the product previously or none of the previously paired Bluetooth devices are within range, the product automatically enters pairing mode.
  • Ifa Bluetooth device has been previously paired with the product, the product will automatically connect the Bluetooth device if within range.
  • Only one Bluetooth device can be connected/paired with the product at any one time. Disconnect any connected/paired Bluetooth device to connect/pair a new Bluetooth device.
  1. Switch the product on.
  2. Keep the product and the Bluetooth device close to each other.
  3. Enable the Bluetooth function on the Bluetooth device and search for new device to pair.
  4. Select ABBTB001 from the list of available Bluetooth connections.
  5. The product plays an audio prompt and the indicator (J) changes
    to steady blue. The product was paired successfully.

ATTENTION

  • The product switches off automatically if it is not paired within 10 minutes.
  • To use any voice assistant or answer/reject calls, the connected Bluetooth device needs to be capable of those functions.
  • Ensure the voice assistant in the device is enabled before use.
  • The voice assistant feature may not work when two devices are connected.
  • The range between the product and the Bluetooth device largely depends on environmental conditions such as wall thickness, wall composition etc. With a free line of sight, the transmission range of most Bluetooth devices is up to 10 m.
  • If the connection breaks down, restart the product and re-establish the connection.

6.5 USB Stick

ATTENTION

  • If a USB stick is connected into the USB port (G) on the product while a Bluetooth device is connected, the Bluetooth device is automatically disconnected.
  • If the product cannot access or read the files on the USB stick, the product automatically reconnects to a previously connected Bluetooth devices, if within range.

Connect a USB stick to the USB port (G) of the product. The indicator (J) flashes. Once the USB stick has been read, the indicator (J) changes to steady on.

6.6 TF Card
ATTENTION

  • IfaTF card s inserted into the TF card slot (K) of the product while a Bluetooth device is connected, the Bluetooth device is automatically disconnected.
  • If the product cannot access or read the files on the TF card, the product automatically reconnects to previously connected Bluetooth devices, if within range.
  • If the TF card is removed, the product automatically reconnects to previously connected Bluetooth devices, if within range.
  • The product supports TF cards of up to 64 GB.

Insert a TF card into the TF card slot (K) of the product. The indicator (J) flashes. Once the TF card has been read, the power (1) changes to steady on.

6.6TWS mode

To use the TWS mode, two products are required and USB stick / TF card removed.

6.7.1 pairing

  • Turn both products on. Make sure that the products are not connected to a Bluetooth device.
  • Press and hold the button (A) on one of the products for 2 seconds. The indicator (J) on the second product lights up and the indicator (J) on the first product flashes.
  • Connect the product (any one) to your Bluetooth device.
  • Once both power indicator are steady blue, they have paired successfully.
  • The products can now operate in stereo mode.

6.7.2 Unpairing
Press and hold the button (4) on one of the products until an audio prompt is played. The indicator (J) on both products flashes. The products are now successfully unpaired.

Cleand and Store like a Pro

  • Switch off and unplug the product before cleaning. During cleaning do ot immerse the electrical parts of the product in
  • water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.

7.1 Cleaning

  • To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  • Wipe the product dry after every cleaning.
  • Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.

7.2 Storage

Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from children and pets.
