Operating Instructions
Safety Requirement:
- Read this manual carefully before installation, and understand the relevant configuration requirements.(Such as welding wire feeding machine protective gas),To ensure that the product can be correctly installed and used.
- In order to ensure safety, please have a skilled personnel with safety knowledge to carry out the operation.
- The rated current of the torch indicates the working limit at the rated continuous load rate. Overload usually causes the torch to be damaged.
- Do not use the cable with insufficient sectional area damaged insulation shell and sheath.
- No hot working contact between welding gun and sharp object.
- Please use the mask and protective equipment according to the requirements of work protection.
- When observing whether the welding wire is sent out, do not put the end of the welding gun near the eyes, face and other parts of the human body to avoid being stabbed by the flying welding wire.

Precautions For Use:
3.1 Welding gun cable bending over, will cause wire delivery not free, should
stretch use.
The minimum bending diameter of the cable is shown in the figure:
3.2 Loading and unloading guide wire spring should keep straight in and out to
prevent permanent bending deformation of guide wire spring and increase wire
feeding resistance.
3.3 The guide wire spring naturally extends in the welding gun, and its front
end is about 5-8mm from the lower end of the distributor. When the conductive
nozzle is tightened, the guide wire spring can be moderately tightened.
Install:
4.1 Insert the welding gun tail joint into the wire feeding machine socket so
that the center of the joint wire guide tube is coaxial with the wire feeding
direction of the wire feeding wheel, so that the wire guide tube and the wire
feeding tube wheel are as close as possible, but cannot contact, and then lock
the tail joint on the wire feeding machine.
4.2 Connect the nozzle control cable of the welding gun and the control line
socket of the gas connector on the wire feeder reliably.
4.3 Choose conductive nozzle aperture is generally larger than the welding
wire diameter 0.2-0.3mm.
Maintenance:
6.1 Periodically purge the guide wire spring with dry compressed air.
6.2 In order to facilitate the cleaning of spatter on the nozzle and extend
the life of the nozzle, it is recommended to spray or brush the spatter on the
nozzle mouth, avoid using a gun to hit the nozzle to clean spatter.
6.3 Do not use torch cable to pull wire feed or welder.
6.4 If the welding gun is stopped for more than a week, the welding wire must
be removed from the welding gun, to prevent rust and increase the resistance
in the guide wire spring.
The above is the standard configuration of welding gun, if you have any
special requirements, please ask the sales department, the company will
try its best to meet your requirements.
