Waste batteries should not be dismantled without permission, and should be recycled by the relevant professional department. Please charge the battery for 12 hours for the first time after purchase or longterm storage, and charge it for 12 hours once every two months during normal use. It is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the input and output of the battery pack.
Keep away from children, fire and heat sources, and put the battery pack into the fire is strictly prohibited.
Forbid violent vibration, impact and squeezing of the battery pack. Pay attention to water resistance and prevent the battery pack from being exposed to water or flooding. The battery pack should be charged as it is used. When it is not used for a long time, please make sure to remove it from the whole vehicle for storage. The battery pack should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated place, avoid contact with corrosive substances, and keep it away from fire and heat sources. Storage conditions: ambient temperature -20~35° C, ambient humidity 65 % RH.

(4) Safe use of the charger: It is strictly forbidden to place any objects on the charger It is strictly forbidden to put any liquid or metal objects into the charger. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and modify the charger. When charging, first insert the output end of the charger into the charging
port of the battery pack, and then insert the AC power head of the charger into the mains socket.
It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the power plug with wet hands. Do not use the charger during thunder and lightning. It is strictly forbidden to play with the charger and battery pack while charging. Do not use the charger in an unstable environment with excessive oil smoke and dust and excessive humidity. Keep good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions when the charger is working, and avoid using the charger in direct sunlight. When the output end of the charger is not connected to the battery pack, do not connect the charger to the mains for a long time. During the charging process, the indicator light of the charger is red. When the light turns green, the battery pack is fully charged. Do not use fast charging stations for charging.
Note: When replacing the charger, it should match the battery model. The special charger provided by the company must be used, and other chargers must not be used to charge the battery pack.
(5) Notes on washing with water: When washing the bicycle, do not splash water directly on the brake
drum, motor and front and rear axles to prevent water from affecting the performance and life. When washing the bicycle, do not use steam or high pressure water.
After cleaning the vehicle or driving in water, pay special attention to the working condition of the brakes. Braking effectiveness may be reduced after washing or driving in water. At this time, you should drive slowly and pay attention to safety. (6) Handlebar and saddle adjustment (if applicable):
When adjusting the handlebars or saddles, be careful not to expose the safety line marks on the handlebars and saddles.

Check the front and rear brake levers separately, check whether the brake lights are on, and whether the motor is powered off.
(2) Inspection of the braking device: Check whether the front and back rooms work normally. Check the braking
effect of the front and rear brakes to ensure that the brakes are normal and effective.
Please check the tightening state of each axle to ensure that the front and rear axles and handlebars are tightened reliably.
(3) Inspection of the tightening state of the handlebar and front and rear wheels:
Shake the handlebar up, down, front, back, left and right to check for looseness or impact.
Shake the front and rear wheels left and right to check whether there is looseness; whether the rotating wheels are too tight or stuck.

Press and hold the head tube folding buckle and flip the head tube into an upright position, making sure that the head tube is connected seamlessly underneath.
Pull the head tube buckle up to the top and turn the safety buckle counter- clockwise until the safety buckle completely locks the buckle.
Remove/insert the battery
Use the key to unlock the quick lock behind the saddle, rotate the saddle bag, and remove/insert the battery.

(4) Inspection of tires: Check whether the tire pressure is normal. According to the depression of
the grounded part of the tire, to judge whether the air pressure is appropriate or not, when the air pressure is abnormal, check it with a tire pressure measuring device and adjust it to normal air pressure.
Is there any cracks or abnormal wear in the tires? Is there any nails, stones, or glass embedded in the tires? When the tires are used to the tread wear mark, the tires should be replaced.

(5) Inspection of reflectors and license plates: Check whether the reflector is damaged or polluted, if so, clean or replace
it in time. Check whether the license plate is installed firmly, whether the serial
number is clear, whether there is damage or pollution, if any, it should be strengthened, cleaned or replaced in time.

A. Battery on/off

Charging and Power (see Figure 2)

B. Battery charging
Step 1: The charging port is located on the side of the battery, as shown in the figure below. Step 2: Plug the charging port end of the charger into the charging port on the battery (make sure the charging port is dry). Step 3: The indicator light on the charger is red, indicating that it is charging; when the light changes from red to green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged. At this time, please stop charging, long time charging will affect the life of the battery. Step 4: After charging is complete, please cover the charging port cover to avoid water ingress.

1. Button description As shown in the picture, there is only one power button. 2. D. Front and rear brake system adjustment: (the same method of front and rear brake adjustment)

E. Chain adjustment (see Figure 6)

When assembling, align the front wheel center hole with the hydraulic fork double arm hole, put the front axle into the hole, and screw the front axle left and right fastening nuts in clockwise direction. After assembling, rotate the front wheel, there should be no jamming and loosening. (The recommended torque is not less than 18N.m)

Daily maintenance: 1. Electric bicycles should be kept clean. After the bicycle is exposed to rain, it should be wiped with a dry cloth in time to avoid rusting of parts and short circuit of electrical components. 2. Please check the air storage capacity of the tire frequently to keep it in normal use. 3. The main transmission components such as front axle, rear axle, central axle, front fork and flywheel and electric wheel hub should be checked and adjusted frequently. Transmission components need to remain flexible and free from pounding and noise. Check the screws and nuts of the whole vehicle. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating wear or causing more damage and breakage.
Note: The tightening torque of the front wheel, handlebar core screw, saddle tube clamping bolt and saddle clamping bolt should not be less than 18N.m. The tightening torque of the rear wheel, center axle bowl and center axle bowl lock nut should not be less than 30N.m.
4. The braking part should be checked and adjusted frequently to keep it in a flexible state. For example, the gap between the brake skin and the hearing center should not be too large. 5. Frequently check the flexibility of each manipulator and cable. It should be ensured that there is no sluggishness and no jamming. When the whole vehicle fails, the maintenance must be carried out at the designated maintenance point, and the accessories shall not be disassembled without permission. 5. Controllers, batteries and chargers must ensure that all labels are complete . 6. The battery warranty adopts a one-to-one warranty method. In case of battery problems, the battery must be returned to the manufacturer first, and the battery will be repaired by the manufacturer. 7. After testing, judge whether the battery is damaged according to the battery testing standard. And judge whether the damage of the battery is within the scope of warranty and then carry out the warranty. 8. The controller will be repaired for warranty, and the replacement of the controller must ensure that the plug-in is complete for testing.
