ASO Stays Ankle Stabilizer

Before using this product, please carefully read all instructions and warnings.

Warning: If you experience any increased pain, swelling, or any unusual reactions while using this product, immediately consult your medical professional. This product is for single patient use only. There is no guarantee that use of this product will prevent injury.

  • A. Place your foot with sock inside the boot portion of the ASO® or ASO® w/ Stays Ankle Stabilizer. Feed lace through remaining eyelets, tighten and tie. Make sure lace
    is tight between all eyelets and tied securely to ensure adequate support.

  • B. Bring one stabilizing strap forward and across the top of the foot.

  • C. Continue wrapping first stabilizing strap under the heel and attach the end of strap to the side of the boot. Repeat steps above for the other stabilizing strap.

  • D. Place foot flat on the floor. Use the finger loops at the end of both straps to free them from the sides of the boot. IMPORTANT: PULL STRAPS UP FIRMLY. Stabilizing straps must be tight for proper support. Reattach straps to boot. Repeat if needed.

  • E. Wrap elastic cuff closure over tied laces and secured straps. For optimum performance and support, the elastic cuff should be stretched to where the ASO logo is facing forward.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Bring one stabilizing strap forward and across the top of thefoot.
  2. Continue wrapping the first stabilizing strap under the heeland attach the end of the strap to the side of the boot. Repeatsteps above for the other stabilizing strap.
  3. Place foot flat on the floor. Use the finger loops at the endof both straps to free them from the sides of the boot. IMPORTANT: PULL STRAPS UP FIRMLY. Stabilizingstraps must be tight for proper support. Reattach straps to boot.Repeat if needed.
  4. Wrap elastic cuff closure over tied laces and secured straps.For optimum performance and support, the elastic cuff should bestretched to where the ASO logo is facing forward.

Washing Instructions

The ASO Ankle Stabilizer may be hand or machine washed on gentle cycle with warm water and mild detergent. Do not use bleach. The ASO must be air dried.

Products manufactured by Med Spec have a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of six months from the date of shipment. Please contact the business that supplied you with this product if you wish to return it.
