This boiler must be installed, serviced or repaired by a qualified installer, service agency or gas supplier. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause severe personal injury, death, or substantial property damage. Read and understand these instructions and entire boiler manual before attempting to install boiler. Up to date boiler manual is posted on manufacturer’s website.

Assembled Dimensions
Height: 54 1/2 in.
Width: 18 1/4 in.
Depth: 24 in.
To assemble floor stand, perform the following steps:

Assemble floor stand as shown in Figure 1.

Secure floor stand to floor using holes provided in legs.
Tipping Hazard.
If floor stand is not secured to floor, boiler and stand could fall and result in severe personal injury, death, or substantial property damage. It is important to secure the stand to the floor before attaching boiler and other connections. Check local codes for earth quake or other restrictions before installing the stand. Use fasteners rated for the weight of the boiler and stand. -
Install wall bracket from boiler.
a. If installing watertube boiler, use mounting holes A and C as shown in Figure 1.
b. If installing firetube boiler, use mounting holes B and C as shown in Figure 1. -
Install boiler following Installation, Operating and Service Instructions.
Heavy Object.
Two people are required to lift boiler onto floor stand. Ensure wall bracket
is properly anchored to floor stand. Areas subject to earthquakes may have
special requirements that take precedence over these instructions.
