Appco Wireless YL-1101 Wireless Alarm Device
Product Information
The YL-1101 is a wireless alarm device based on LoRa modulation. It can achieve long-distance, ultra-low power wireless transmission. The device is designed with a plastic box and screw holes at both ends for easy installation. The device can set the device ID, strobes, and sounder active time, and report it to thecloud platform and receive by other alarms. The parameter settings of the alarm YL-1101 can be modified. It can directly transmit an alarm to the cloud platform or controller panel or LW100 guard terminal or remote controller. The device uses Semtech’s low-power long-range LoRa spread spectrum wireless data transmission solution Sx1278, with a signal coverage of 2km.
Product Usage Instructions
- Install the YL-1101 wireless alarm device by fixing it using the screw holes at both ends.
- Set up the device ID, strobes, and sounder active time according to your preferences.
- If needed, modify the parameter settings of the YL-1101 alarm.
- Connect the sounders and strobes to the YL-1101 alarm for alarm display.
- The device can directly transmit an alarm to the cloud platform or controller panel or LW100 guard terminal or remote controller as per your preference.

Alarm installation
When installing the alarm, try to make the antenna perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the wireless communication is the best. When installing the wireless alarm, as shown in the figure below, it can be installed close to the wall in parallel or fixed, or parallel to the ground. It can be relatively open (within 1 meter) around the collector, without obstruction, and the wireless communication effect is the best.
