Standard BU-2 Bluetooth Adapter Unit
The “BU-2″ is a Bluetooth- Adapter Unit for Vertex Standard Transceivers.
When the Bluetooth’ headset -BH-1/A”, “BH-2/A” is used with the -BU-2-
Adapter, you can enjoy com-fortable hands free operation.
: Please refer to the Vertex Standard catalog for the correct “BU-2” Adapter for the radio you are using.
This Bluetooth® radio module has to be installed and used in accordance with
the technical descrip-tion/installation instructions provided by the
manufacture.
This Bluetoothe radio module is intended to be placed on the market in all
States, where the Bluetooth® technology and the used frequency band is
released.
For detail information concerning type approval of this module (e.g. where
this module is already pre-approved) please contact the manufacturer.
The system may only be implemented in the configuration that was authorized.
Note that any changes or modifications to this equipment not expressly
approved by the manufac-turer could void the user’s authority to operate this
equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- this device may not cause harmful interference, and
- this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Part 15.21: Changes or modifications to this device not expressly approved by
Vertex Standard could void the user’s authorization to operate this device.
CAUTION: This device and its antenna(s) must not be co-located or
operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End users
cannot modify this transmitter device. Any unau-thorized modification could
void the user’s authority to operate this device.
‘To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, a separation distance
of at least 20 cm must be maintained between the antenna of this device and
all persons.
The term “IC” before the radio certification number only signifies that
Industry Canada technical specifications were met.
This device complies with RSS 210 of industry Canada “IC”. “Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
- this device may not cause interference, and
- this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
The installer of this radio equipment must ensure that the antenna is located
or pointed such that it does not emit RF field in excess of Health Canada
limits for the general population; con-sult Safety Code 6, obtainable from
Health Canada’s website www.hc-sc.ca/rpb”
