Terms and conditions of the guarantee

1. Vakomtek SA guarantees the proper functioning of the device, having a guarantee compatible with the technical and service requirements appearing in the instruction manual
2. The guarantee is valid on the territory of Europe.
3. This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from the provisions on warranty for defects of goods sold.
4. The guarantee period after the purchase includes 24 months for the device, months for the charger module.
5. The guarantee card not bearing the device type, date of sale, legible stamp and signature of the seller is not valid.
6. A complaint may be made provided that the guarantee card, proof of purchase and the description of the fault belongs to the device.
7. The comprising the complaint is obliged to return the product in the original packaging or in such that will secure it properly for the time of transportation. Otherwise the comprising the complaint is responsible for damage during transportation.
8. In the event of a substantiated complaint, Vakomtek S.. covers the costs of delivery of the product to the Service. Before sending the product, the comprising the claimant is obliged to contact Vakomtek S.. Service. to determine the shipping method.
9. Defects occurring during the period of guarantee will be removed within 21 working days of receiving approval for the service.
10. In case of lack of possibility to repair the device by Vakomtek SA, customers will receive a new product.
11. In case of replacement of the product with a product free of defects or in case of major repair of the product or its parts, the warranty period shall run newly from the moment of delivery a free from defects product or the repaired product. If only a product element has been replaced, the warranty period referred to in the previous sentence applies only to that element. In other cases, in particular when an insignificant repair of the product has been carried out, the warranty period is extended by the time during which, as a result of a defect in the item covered by the warranty, the person entitled to the warranty could not use it,
12. The guarantee repair does not include any damage resulting from improper use.
13. In case of making any construction amendments in the device the customer loses the guarantee rights.
14. The guarantee does not include:
    • Any mechanical damage (cracks, scratches, fractures, damage to the casing).
    • Any damage resulting from improper use.
    • When a replacement any of the elements is detected.
15. The customer will receive a refund if the product does not operate and at the same time Vakomtek SA has no possibility to exchange the product with a new one or its repair.

17. In case of unjustified complaint, when Vakomtek SA considers that the device is working properly, the comprising the complaint shall bear the cost of shippina.
