Dawlance WD 1051 BEIGE Water Dispenser
Product Information
The product is a water dispenser manufactured by Dawlance (PVT.) LTD. It comes with a Spill-Free Cap that prevents plastic particles from entering the water dispenser tank. The water dispenser has a 3-year compressor warranty and a 1-year parts warranty. The compressor warranty covers the replacement of a new or functionally operative compressor, only once, if it becomes inoperative due to defects in material or workmanship within 3 years of purchase. The cost of gas, parts, labor, home attending, and transportation charges will be borne by the customer. The parts warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective part within one year of purchase.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the plastic bottle cap from the mineral water bottle.
- Place the Spill Free Cap on the mineral water bottle.
- Place the bottle on the dispenser.

The packaging material used is recyclable; we recommend that you separate plastic, paper and cardboard and give them to recycling companies. To help preserve the environment, the refrigerant used in this product is R134a (Hydrofluorocarbon-HFC), which does not affect the ozone layer and has little impact on the greenhouse effect. According to WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) guidelines, waste from electrical and electronic devices should be collected separately. If ~ you need to dispose of this appliance in the future, do NOT throw it away with the rest of your domestic garbage. Instead, please take the appliance to the nearest WEEE collection point, where available
SAFETY INSTRUCTION

FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
- This series model can satisfy the need of tea & coffee and making drinks .. It must be used indoor only.
- With adoption of distinctive thermal isolation technology, this machine can minimize thermal exchange between hot & cold water.
- WARNING : Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

NOTE:
This machine is suitable for bottle of 3 or 5 gallons. Don’t use unhealthy
hard water.
This machine should work under environment of temperature from10°C-43°C,
relative humidity not higher than 90%.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
- Tear the label from the bottle.
- Vertically insert the bottle into the bottle supporter on top of the machine. Don’t plug the power cord or push the heating switch until water runs out from the tap of hot water.
- Insert the plug to the socket, then turn on the switch. Indicators light up accordingly once the machine works.
- Vertically pull out the bottle by two hands when the bottle is empty, then replace it with another bottle of water.
- This appliance should work under the environment of temperature from l0°C~43 ·c.
- This appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be used.
CAUTION
- Keep this machine in a dry place and avoid direct sunshine. Rear of the machine should be no more than 75mm from the wall. Never put the machine on paper or foam, which may cause unstable conditions. Never put anything flammable beside this machine.

- In case hot water is not needed for a long time, turn off the switch accordingly to save power.
- In case not to use this machine for a long time, turn off the switch, then pull the plug out from socket and drain the remaining water through draining outlet.
- Never use organic liquid to clean the machine. Strictly prohibit using water to splash it.
- Never turn the machine on/off by plugging in/out from the socket. Also never increase the length of the power supply cord to avoid fire.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never turn the machine upside-down or lean it more than 45°
- When the machine is under the ice point and blocked by ice, the cooling switch must be closed for 4 hours before turning it on again to continue its operation.
- This machine should not be turned on until 3 minutes later after turning off the power switch.
- When first time to utilize the refrigerating function, let the refrigerating function be operated for at least 2 hours before putting anything into the cabinet. No wet or hot goods is allowed to be put into the cooling cabinet. Leave suitable space between the goods to ensure the interior airflow.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check the followings before having the machine repaired:

CLEANING
To avoid accident, cut off the power supply before operation according to the following instructions:

The machine had been disinfected before departed from factory.
- Clean the dispenser prior to installing a full bottle of water for the first time.

Cleaning and draining instruction:
- Before cleaning, make sure the power switch in the O(off) position and unplug the water dispenser.
- Vertically insert the bottle into the supporter on top of the machine.
- Open the tap and let about 1 liter water flows into a container.
- Remove the water bottle from the dispenser.
- Place a large bucket beneath the drain outlet. Remove the drain cover and allow water to drain.
- After draining, replace the drain cover and you can use the machine.
Attention : The dispenser heats water to a temperature of approximately 85°C. It can cause severe burns. Please operate it carefully.

Sanitizing
The machine should be disinfected with the disinfectant separately bought from drugstore or marketplace according to the instruction manual of the disinfectant and then clean it with water (see cleaning and draining instruction). Generally this should be done every three months. -
To Remove Mineral Deposits:
Mix 4 liters water with 200g citric acid crystals, inject into the machine and make sure the water can flow out of the hot water tap. Switch on the power and heat it about 10 minutes, 30 minutes later, drain off the liquor and clean it with water for two or three times. Generally this should be done every six months.
Never disassemble this machine by yourself to avoid danger from damaging the machine.

the original
purchaser. Provided, it is purchased from an authorized dealer and nor is it
transferable.
3 YEARS COMPRESSOR WARRANTY:
If the compressor of the Water Dispenser becomes inoperative as a result of
defects in material or workmanship within 3 years of purchase, it will be
replaced free of charge by a new or functionally operative compressor, only
once.
The cost of gas, parts, labour, home attending and transportation charges will
be borne by theC customer.
ONE YEAR PARTS WARRANTY:
Any part of Dawlance Water Dispenser, which proves to be defective in terms of
material or workmanship within one year of purchase, will be repaired or
replaced with a new or \functionally operative part free of charge.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The warranty will be valid provided:

The warranty card has been properly filled and bears the dealer’s seal at the time of purchase. Unfilled or partially filled warranty cards and those with cutting and rewriting will not be entertained.

The Water Dispenser has not been repaired by any person other than a DAWLANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE or AUTHORIZED CONTRACT WORKSHOP technician.

The Water Dispenser has been used with the original 3 pin plug connected to a properly earthed socket.

The electric wiring has been provided with proper earth, a voltage stabilizer is used with Water Dispenser.
The warranty will not be valid provided: -
Where defects have resulted from abnormal electrical load, short-circuiting, low or high voltage and poor wiring.

Where the Water Dispenser has been tampered with or altered in any way, or has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or has its serial number altered, disfigured or removed.

Damage is caused due to insect bites or Rodents (Mouse, Rat etc.).
LEGAL LIABILITY

This warranty and the use of this product will be governed by Pakistani law.
Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this warranty or the use of the product may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Karachi. -
The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred to the property arising out of the use/operation of the product.
