Indicator light description Microphone transmitter

1. Power-on but disconnected state: the red light and green light on the front flash alternately；

2. Power-on and connected state: the green light on the front is always on；

3. Low battery: red light flashes on the front；

4. Pause recording: Short press power button for 1 second, green light on microphone flashes.The recording is paused.
   Press power button for 1 second lightly again, Green Light on microphone becomes steady on. The recording starts again.

5. Reverb Mode: Continuously short press the power button 3 times to turn on / turn off reverb mode.

Receiver

1. Power-on but disconnected state: green light flashes；
2. Power on and connected state: green light is on.

Instructions

1. First, insert the USB plug of the receiver into the corresponding USB port of the mobile phone, and the green light of the receiver indicator flashes at this time.
2. Press and hold the power switch on the transmitter for 3 seconds, the microphone is turned on, and the green light on the front is on at the same time, it means that the power is turned on and the connection is successful.
3. At the same time, the green light on the receiver is steady on, indicating that the connection is successfully paired, and the phone can use the microphone to receive the sound by turning on the camera, voice recorder, and live video APP.
   Note: In order to ensure the effective use of the connection, there should be no obstacles between the microphone and the receiver. When wearing the microphone for recording or live video broadcasting, it is recommended to face the receiver, otherwise the signal may be interrupted.

Charging

1. When the red light on the front of the microphone transmitter flickers, it is a low-power prompt for the device.
   When charging, the front red light on the microphone transmitter will be on, and the front red light will go out when it is fully charged.

Special Note:
For the use of Phone USB port of the receiver: there is no battery in receiver, and no need to recharge during live. If the phone is low power during Live, it can be recharged directly through port.

Trouble Shooting

1. Cannot get microphones connected?
   This may casue by your phone is locked, the transmitter and the receiver may disconnect. and the green and red light on microphone will flash alternately. Please try to do as following:
   Step 1): Plesase unplug the receiver from your iPhone and then reconnected it to your iPhone, and keep the microphone turn on.
   Step 2): Check your iPhone’s settings page to comfirm the “DOCK” appear( Settings>General> About> find the DOCK).DOCK means microphoe is paired to your phone, microphone will work properly.

2. Both receiver and transmitter need charged?
   Only the transmitter(the microphone) need charging. The receiver doesn’t need. If your phone need charging during recording, your can use your own charging cable connect to the receiver to charge your phone.

3. How to get a replacement if it’s not working?

4. Does it not work with iPhone13?
   Microphone for iPhone, iPad works with iPhone13. It works with iPhone 8, iPhone
   X/XR/XS/XS Max, 11/11 Pro/11 Pro Max, 12/12Pro, 13/13 Pro and iPad 2/3/4, iPad Air series, iPad Pro series ( NOTE: the latest version of 11 inch and 12.9 inch iPad Pro with type-C port not supported).

5. Does this mic require video recording on the phone, or can I use it for audio only through a different app?
   This microphone works with the apps like recorder, camera on phone. It also works with apps TikTok, YouTube, Facebook for video recording or live streaming.

6. How to reduce noise in the background?
   If you hold the head of the microphone, this may affect audio recording to cause noise. Please clip the microphone on the collar of your cloth or hold the body of the microphone. This will help.

7. Can it be used for Zoom meeting or chat with people?
   This microphone is unilateral audio input. If you want to hear what other’s saying, you’ll need an extra earphone.
