Hardware Casting

Wireless HDMI Receiver and Transmitter, Plug and Play

  1. Plug external antenna to Receiver and plug it into TV or other HDMI input devices, plug the USB C cable to a wall charger (5V/2A) or TV’s USB port.
  2. Switch the TV to HDMI channel, then show out the blue screen
  3. In the first time using, you need to choose the language by pressing the middle button of Receiver, then long-press 2-5 seconds to confirm. If you need to change language, long-press it for 10 seconds, the system will automatically restore.
  4. Plug Transmitter to laptop or other HDMI output devices, and plug USB cable to USB power port. Indicator light up, wait 10 seconds for auto-sync.
    Some HMDI output ports can supply power to the transmitter, no need to use the USB-C power charging and work the same.

Pairing Instructions

Steps to directly connect the phone to the screen
connect to Home Router Wi Fi
When using it for the first time, please give priority to connecting the device to the home WiFi router

  1. Click WiFi on your phone settings page, connect your phone to MiraScreen Wi-Fi (Name is RX-Bxxxxx Default password is 12345678) .
  2. Turn on Phone / Pad Browser, input 192.168.203.1
  3. Click Internet, Choose your Home WiFi.
  4. Connect Input password and click Enter.

Direct Connect for iOS

  1. Connet your iPhone to your home Wi-Fi. Make sure both dongle and mobile phone are connected to the same Home wifi.

  2. Slide Screen and go to Apple’s control center, dick. “Airplay Mirroring”,then select RX-EiXXXXXX

(Setup for Android )

Method 1 (No need to set the Stepl)

  1. Open the phone settings
  2. Find the Cast function of your phone
  3. Select MiraScreen as the target

The cast funtion name of different brands may be different.
HUAWEI : Setting > Smart Assist > Multi-screen Interactive
Xiaomi : Settings>Connection&Sharing>Cast (Turn on cast)
OnePlus : Settings – Bluetooth & device connection – cast
OPPO : Settings>Other wireless connections>Screencast
MEIZU : Setting-Display > Projection Screen
Lenovo : Setting Display > Wireless Display
SAMSUNG : Phone From Top To Bottom > Smart View
VIVO : Settings>Other networks and connections>Smart Mirroring>Connect to a TV> Setting icon (Right top corner)>Screen mirroring

*Method 2 Use Google home to connect dongle Need to set step 1 (please confirm that your purchased product and mobile phone support Google home function)**

  1. Turn on the Android phone WiFi and confirm that the phone WiFi and the device are connected to the same WiFi Home network.
  2. Open Google Home, wait ten seconds will search the device (RX-Bxxxxx), and Click it to implement screen mirroring
    (If the MiraScreen-xxxxx can not be found please refresh the homepage of Google Home. verity that the Wireless HDMI Dongle and your phone are in the same home Wi-Fi , or restarting your phone or device).

Dose and Don’ts and Troubleshooting

  1. If this wireless HDMI kit could not work, please check if you plug the right cable for them: External antenna for receiver (RX), USB C cable for transmitter (TX), and power both of them by plugging the USB cable into the device’s USB port.
  2. This wireless HDMI kit’s transmission range would become weak and slow if it passes through solid walls or metal firewalls.
  3. If this wireless HDMI kit could not mirror the content, please try to reset them again.
  4. As Window software limitations, this wireless HDMI kit could not support 4K. But if uses Receiver alone, it can mirror 4K resolution image/video to TV.
