BATTERY
This device contains a non-removable lithium-ion battery.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble the device to access or remove the battery.
  • Do not install a battery other than the one provided with this device.

  • The ambient temperature must be between 0°C and +40°C (32°F to 113°F) when charging the battery, and between -20°C and +60°C (-4°F to +140°F) when discharging the battery.

If you suspect damage to this device or the battery, discontinue the use of this device. The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. WARRANTY
For a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase from an authorized reseller and by the original end-user purchaser, Appcessori Corporation (“Appcessori”) warrants that your RAYZ (“RAYZ”), when delivered to you: (a) is in new condition, in original packaging, and (b) when used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship. This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; wear and tear; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; impact damage; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by use with non-Appcessori products. During the warranty period, Appcessori will, at our sole option, repair or replace your RAYZ within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. To obtain Limited Warranty Service, contact us at warranty@rayzaudio.com with original proof of purchase for additional instructions on obtaining limited warranty service. You will be eligible for warranty service if your claim is submitted within 1 year of the date of purchase from an authorized reseller. Upon confirmation of warranty eligibility, Appcessori will pay shipping, insurance, and any import fees, duties, and taxes, to have your product returned and/or replaced at our sole discretion.
IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR RAYZ WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR RAYZ WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS A VOLUNTARY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND PROVIDES RIGHTS THAT ARE IN ADDITION TO, AND NOT INSTEAD OF, RIGHTS PROVIDED BY CONSUMER LAW, AND IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT, OR SUSPEND A BUYER’S RIGHTS ARISING FROM CONSUMER LAW. **The symbol to the right means that according to local laws and regulations your product and/or its battery shall be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities. End-of-Life Battery Removal Instructions**
These instructions are for qualified personnel only at a waste processing facility. These instructions are not intended for end-users.

  1. Remove the soft rubber material on the back of the unit. Use a fingernail or wooden prying tool on a corner and then slowly peel it off diagonally.
  2.  Remove the rigid plastic material on the back of the unit using a similar process as above.
  3.  Unscrew the eight screws with a T8 screwdriver and gently lift up the rear housing from the main housing.
  4. Looking inside, on the bottom right of the circuit board, there is a white connector with red, yellow, and black wires. Gently unplug that connector
  5. Remove the battery which is located on the underside of a plastic plate below the speaker driver.
  6. Use a wooden or plastic tool to carefully pry the battery from the plastic plate without deforming the battery.
