Quick help

Charge

When charging: The indicator light flashes red.

Fully charged: The blue light stays on for a

long time.

Note: When the power is low, please use a professional usb wall charger to charge in time.
If you charge directly on the computer, the charging speed will be very slow, and the full charge time will become very long. If not used for a long time, please charge and discharge the product once every 3 months.

Power on/off

When the machine is shut down, press and hold the “Power/Play” button to switch it on and play music automatically.
After 5 minutes without any operation, the machine will automatically power off.

• Power on: blue light flashes
• Power off: red light flashes

Play/pause

Short press the “Power/Play” button to play/pause.
In the off state, insert the headphones first, press and hold the “Power/Play” button, the machine will turn on and automatically play music files. (Blue light flashes).

• During listening : blue light flashes

Fast forward/rewind

• Short press: previous song
• Long press : fast backward while playing
• Short press: next song;
• Long press: fast forward while playing

Switch play modes

• Repeat all:  play in the order of the files in the MP3 (you can see the file sorting when connect to computer)
  If you download an audiobook, please sort on your computer first and then switch to sequential playback mode to play it

• Shuffle play: Out of order, random play

Data Transfer

1. With the machine switched off, connect the machine to the computer using the USB cable included in the package, the computer will recognise it after a few seconds and the “USB DISK” logo will pop up.
2. When connected to the computer, the red light flashes and data transfer is possible.

Tips: Do not disconnect during data transfer. If the computer does not recognise it, or if the “USB DISK” logo does not pop up after a few seconds, please plug it in again.

Transfer files to MP3 player Please note

• Due to replication protection, it is not possible to import genuine music files from music playing software such as DAB+, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube Music, etc. Please support genuine music and respect copyright.
• Most of the MP3 players in the market (except ipod series) do not support this audio format. If you need to import audio files or other audio files to MP3 player, please select the audio file formats supported by MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/APE/OGG.
• Maybe some MP3 players are shipped with a few songs by default. This is normal.

How to import audio files to MP3 player?

1. Copy and paste the existing MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/APE/OGG audio files from your computer disk to the USB DISK folder.
2. If it is a local audio file saved in iTunes library or other music software (e.g. recording, not music downloaded from music software), just copy and paste the same.

• Users can scan the code to watch the demo video for playback (for study only/iTunes as an example, please search Google for the method of importing MP3 player locally by other software)

1. Q1: Why does the storage capacity displayed on the operating system not match the actual capacity?
   A: The memory is different because the difference in the conversion units of memory between computers and other devices: this machine is converted in 1000, i.e. 1GB = 1000MB; while computers are converted in 1024, i.e. 1GB = 1024MB. This is normal, for more information, please Google.

2. Q2: Why some songs cannot be played locally?
   A: It supports format: MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/APE/OGG. If encounter unplayable songs, please change the format of the song.

3. Q3: Disk Error？
   A: Cut off its power when format device didn’t completed, so it lost system firmware. Please connect computer to format

4. Q4:Product response times slowing down?
   A: Recommended formatting Reason:

6. Q6: Can’t transfer files to MP3 player?

7. Q7:Failed to connect to computer?

   • Before connecting the MP3 to a computer, turn off the MP3. When connecting to a computer, please place the MP3 smoothly, do not press any buttons.
   • Please go directly to the file manager of this computer and see if there is a USB DISK for the MP3 in the Devices and drives\
   • Reboot the computer and MP3
   • If you are a MAC user, please replace the type-c adapter
   • Replace the jack, or change the computer and cable
   • Please use the original USB cable or a data cable that can be used to transfer data (some data cables can only be used for charging)
   • Restart the computer or MP3.
   • Check if the USB DISK identifier appears on my computer. Click “USB Disk Identifier” in the lower right corner of the desktop [Open Devices and Printers] – [Devices] – right click [HS USB FlashDisk] – [Remove Device] and then connect to the computer.
